JAZ Mirabel Resort

The accommodation was highly satisfactory, with all team members demonstrating professionalism and wearing pleasant smiles. The food was exceptional and delightful. I extend my gratitude to the entire restaurant team for making my son Ezz's birthday celebration memorable. Aqua park very good and suitable for all ages. Highly recommended

When we arrived at the hotel, we were offered welcome juice, which was a canned drink that was not fresh and hot and without ice. There was a problem with the rooms, old furniture and some bad smells, which were changed by the receptionist. The next day, we contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Khaled, and the food and beverage manager, Mr. Wael Allam. To be honest, they did everything they could to satisfy us and let us enjoy the hotel and spend a comfortable time. All the employees were cooperative and cheerful. The hotel food is good and could be better.

It was a great 2 weeks holiday at Jaz Mirabel. The staff were very helpful to accommodate our needs. We first started at Club section but soon moved to Beach section as we found more suitable due to mobility issues. Booking.com and hotel arranged this without much complication. The grounds are huge and well maintained. There are many pools that accommodate the guests and a mini aqua park for children. It has also many bars throughout the resort whereby you can sit and enjoy a cold drink. There is no swim up pool bar - to be clear. But there are bars around the pools. There is a very nice spa where we bought various massage and beauty packages - they were amazing. The hairdresser in the resort cut my son’s hair which was overdue. Various shops in the resort and the pharmacy were great for supplying urgent needs such as pool toys, sunscreen, headache tablets etc.

We had some prejudices before coming to Egypt, but everything changed the moment we entered the hotel. The staff always smile under any circumstances and do their best to solve problems. The food is amazing. The taste might feel a little different to your palate at first, but rest assured, there are plenty of things you will absolutely love. Their kitchen offers dishes from many countries, each with the flag and name displayed. The entertainment is fantastic—almost every day people are dancing by the pool. They even inflate a giant bear, which I absolutely loved. There is nothing negative to say about the housekeeping services. The staff member responsible for our corridor was Mohammed Wassef, and we really liked him. He constantly checked on us, asking if we were doing well and offering help. All the staff were wonderful; we were a large group, but I think it was truly our luck to have him—he was definitely the best. Also, Executive Chef Mr. Sedat is an incredible person; he is Turkish and took great care of us. We would also like to thank Hotel Coordinator Mr. Ibrahim for maintaining such great organization. We will definitely come back.

Great food, great restaurants and bars, and outstanding staff who were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facilities were spotless and well maintained, the pool area was relaxing with plenty of loungers, and the evening program was lively, varied, and well organized.
